CEAFoT traces its roots to 2005 when it was established as Tari Farmers Association (TAFA) to address food insecurity and improve agricultural production among rural households.
In 2013, the association evolved into Tari Farmers Cooperative Society (TFCS), focusing on strengthening farmers’ collective action and economic empowerment.
Recognizing the need for broader community development interventions, the organization transformed into Community Empowerment Agency for Transformation (CEAFoT) and obtained registration from the State Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) in 2019 Reg. Number 111.
Today, CEAFoT is recognized as strong CBO in delivering integrated development and humanitarian programs throughout Western Equatoria State with record of funding from international agency and donors
